AM Shift HIGH REACH and DOUBLE DEEP Freezer Forklift Operators WANTED!!!

About the Role: Our client is a proudly Australian-owned leader in the Transport and Distribution industry, delivering supply chain solutions across the country. Due to business growth, they are expanding their operations. A brand-new, state-of-the-art warehouse facility in Minchinbury.

This position will be for the DAY shift which will be 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM with overtime as required.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team as they transition into a modern, purpose-built site that will offer improved amenities, updated systems, and increased capacity.

Seeking highly motivated and experienced High Reach and Double Deep Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This is a key operational role involving a mix of forklift operation, order processing, and general warehouse duties across ambient, chiller, and freezer zones.

The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in varying temperature-controlled environments. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing business that values its people and promotes from within.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cross-dock loading and unloading of trucks
• Put-aways and pallet picking
• Operating High Reach and Double Deep forklifts
• Working across chilled, frozen, and ambient environments
• Maintaining safety and cleanliness within the warehouse
• Supporting team operations and workflow

Requirements:

• Valid LF Forklift Licence
• Recent experience operating High Reach and Double Deep
• Ability to work in cold storage (chiller/freezer) environments
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
• Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends if required
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
