About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to generate consistent, high-quality leads and manage the full funnel from ad to conversion.
This is not a general marketing role: it is suited to someone who enjoys testing, optimising and scaling campaigns based on performance.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and optimising paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google
- Creating and testing high-converting offers
- Building or coordinating landing pages that convert
- Tracking and analysing campaign performance
- Continuously testing creatives, audiences, offers and funnels
- Scaling successful campaigns and improving underperforming ones
- Driving both lead volume and lead quality
- Creating social media content and managing platforms
- Supporting graphic design and video editing
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 4+ years’ experience in digital or performance marketing
- Proven experience in lead generation (not just brand awareness)
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and conversion tracking
- Ability to think commercially and understand what drives conversions
- Experience creating or guiding offers, funnels and landing pages
It would also be desirable if you had:
- Strong copywriting skills for ads and landing pages
- Experience with funnel platforms such as GoHighLevel or ClickFunnels
- CRM and lead tracking experience
- Experience working with service-based businesses (e.g. trades)
