You'll actively incorporate contemporary theory and practice into therapy that promotes the independence and wellbeing of our elderly clients. This will include : * Proactively screen and assess clients to formulate and maintain up to date individualised care plans* Maintaining open and fluid communication within a multidisciplinary healthcare team* Referring clients to appropriate health care professionals when necessary* Liaising compassionately with our clients and their familiesWe encourage our team to be creative and enjoy themselves while contributing to our success. You'll have : * Tertiary Qualifications in Speech Pathology* Experience as a Speech Pathologist / Therapist, preferably in the aged care.
