Data and Reporting Officer

Lead with Purpose. Transform Lives. Lighthouse Foundation is seeking a Data and Reporting Officer to support Lighthouses Care Services programs.

WHO ARE WE

Lighthouse Foundation provides homes and therapeutic care programs to children and young people impacted by long-term neglect abuse and homelessness. Our focus is to create caring communities where kids can feel safe form meaningful relationships and begin to heal from traumatic experiences. For the past 30 years our proven Model of Care has successfully transformed the lives of over 1000 young people using a range of evidence-based strategies. We now educate and support Foster Carers in the same way so that they too can take care of some of Australias most vulnerable children.

HOW WILL I HELP

This role is responsible for qualitative and quantitative data preparation collection analysis and report production to support Lighthouses Care Services programs. Therefore the position requires an experienced monitoring evaluation and / or research professional with a tertiary background in social sciences and experience contributing to data projects (in the not-for-profit sector) using a range of methods and designs. The Data and Reporting Officer must be committed to upholding evidence-based practice and ethical procedures.

This is a collaborative role ensuring accurate and timely production of data for internal and external stakeholders and facilitating engagement in data processes across Care Services. The Data and Reporting Officer will be expected to work autonomously and as part of a team have excellent administration and project management skills and is open to continued learning and development.
