  • Lead & mentor a team of Property Managers
  • Shape processes, performance & growth within a respected business

Reporting into senior leadership, you will take responsibility for leading a team of 6 Property Managers, while maintaining oversight of a small, quality portfolio yourself.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, mentoring and developing a team of six Property Managers
  • Providing direction, support and accountability across the property management team
  • Overseeing a small portfolio of commercial properties
  • Maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders
  • Ensuring high standards of service, compliance and property management delivery
  • Reviewing and improving systems, processes and team efficiencies
  • Supporting the team with complex property management matters and escalations
  • Working closely with senior leadership to drive the ongoing performance of the department
  • Identifying opportunities to improve client retention, service delivery and team performance

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Strong experience within commercial property management
  • Previous experience leading or mentoring a property management team
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Strong knowledge of property management processes, legislation and compliance
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • The confidence to make decisions and take ownership
  • A genuine interest in developing people and building a high-performing team
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
