The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven and ambitious Territory Manager to take ownership of the M4 Corridor from Parramatta to Blacktown, along with parts of Sydney's North-West region. This is an exciting opportunity to join Australia's leading waste management company and play a key role in growing our customer base while delivering innovative and sustainable waste solutions.
As the face of Cleanaway in your territory, you'll spend your time in the field building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping small to medium-sized businesses achieve their sustainability goals. You’ll be trusted to lead from the front and shape your territory as if it were your own.
What You'll Be Doing
- Generate new business through face-to-face prospecting, networking and outbound sales activity.
- Manage your territory end-to-end, driving pipeline growth, revenue and customer retention.
- Identify and convert new opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
- Develop and execute territory plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting and performance tracking.
- Utilise Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities and customer interactions.
- Promote Cleanaway's suite of sustainable waste and recycling solutions.
About You
You're a results-driven sales professional who enjoys the challenge of winning new business and building long-term customer partnerships. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are resilient and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
To be successful, you'll bring:
- Proven success in a B2B sales environment with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management capabilities.
- The ability to work autonomously and manage your own territory effectively.
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- A proactive, energetic and customer-focused approach.
