The Hospital Manager is responsible for the overall operational leadership of the hospital, ensuring the team is supported, systems run efficiently, and patients receive outstanding care.
Working closely with the Business Manager, clinical leadership team and Greencross support teams, the Hospital Manager will oversee staffing, workflow, service delivery, and operational performance.
We are looking for someone who is calm under pressure, highly organised, and comfortable leading teams in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
You will likely have experience managing complex healthcare or veterinary environments, with a strong focus on people leadership and operational performance.
Veterinary and/or Human industry experience is highly desirable, but not essential for the right candidate with relevant healthcare or hospital leadership experience.
Most importantly, you will play a key role in supporting a team that saves animal lives every day.
