Due to growth, we are seeking a highly skilled real estate sales consultant to join our dedicated team. As this is a key appointment, you must have a proven track record in residential sales and will continually give every effort to get the best results for both the company and the client. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Consistently generate new business through prospecting activities including cold calling, database nurturing, door knocking, referrals, and community engagement.

2. Appraisal & Listing Conversion

Conduct accurate market appraisals and convert listings by presenting compelling, evidence-based pricing and marketing strategies.

3. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers through proactive communication, transparency, and high service standards.

4. Campaign Management

Oversee end-to-end sales campaigns including marketing coordination, buyer management, open homes, and ongoing vendor reporting.

5. Buyer Qualification & Management

Identify, qualify, and manage buyers effectively, ensuring alignment between buyer needs and available properties to maximise sale outcomes

6. Negotiation & Deal Closure

Lead negotiations between buyers and vendors to achieve optimal outcomes, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned throughout the process.

7. Compliance & Regulatory Adherence (NSW)

Ensure all activities comply with NSW legislation including:

• Accurate documentation (agency agreements, contracts)
• Disclosure obligations
• Adherence to guidelines set by NSW Fair Trading

8. Database & Pipeline Management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems, tracking leads, listings, buyers, and pipeline activity.

9. Personal Performance & KPI Delivery

Meet or exceed agreed KPIs including:

• Appraisals conducted
• Listings secured
• Sales volume & GCI
• Auction clearance / conversion rates

10. Brand Representation & Professional Conduct

Act as a professional ambassador of the agency, maintaining high ethical standards, personal presentation, and alignment with brand values in all interactions.

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate the following:

• Minimum 12 months proven sales experience
• Industry standard certifications
• Demonstrated organisational, analytical and problem solving skills with the perseverance to achieve goals
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, including professional correspondence and reports
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to achieve sales targets and goals within agreed deadlines
• Well-developed interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to develop effective working relationships
• High-level computer literacy and keyboard skills, including proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and experience in real estate programs
