What is the role?

There is now an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing Team on a permanent full-time basis.

The Marketing Coordinator supports planning and delivery of marketing, communications and Customer engagement activities that strengthen RME’s brand, promote and support growth across global markets.

The role provides hands‑on coordination across events, content, digital platforms, supplier management and internal communications. Including supporting the administration of translation and localisation workflows to ensure consistency across multilingual Customer-facing materials.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

1. Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
2. Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.
3. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
4. Experience supporting events and marketing activities.
5. Demonstrated initiatives and eagerness to learn the mining and mill-maintenance industry.
6. Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

The ideal candidate may also possess:

1. Experience with basic translation workflow or working with external language suppliers.
2. Familiarity with digital content platforms and social media tools.
3. Copywriting or content creation in a B2B environment.
4. Spanish language competency (advantage but not required).

LICENCES

• Possession of a current QLD ‘C’ Class Open Driver’s Licence
