As a Claims Executive you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of end‑to‑end claims across Commercial and Domestic lines providing prompt and fair management of claims.
Engaging with customers and responding to claims enquiries.
Listen attentively to customer needs and provide outstanding client service.
Demonstrate problem‑solving skills whilst identifying and managing recovery opportunities.
Follow ups and updates as required under General Insurance Code of Practice.

Experience in a claims servicing role.
Understanding of Insurance legislation and Code of Practice.
Ability to connect with people and build trust.
Experience handling Commercial claims across Motor, Property and other general insurance lines.
Sound computer skills, confident communication skills, teamwork and strong documentation skills.
Career focused, responsible, self‑motivated and enthusiastic.
Minimum Tier 2 qualification in General Insurance.
