Tyre Fitters | Caval Ridge Mine | DGS
Downunder Group Solutions (DGS) is seeking experienced Tyre Fitters for Caval Ridge Mine in the Bowen Basin.
What’s on offer:
• $77.57/hour + Super + Coal LSL on all hours
• 7/7 rotating roster (days & nights)
• FIFO from Brisbane or Cairns, or DIDO for locals
• Meals, camp accommodation, and PPE provided
About the role:
• Remove, fit and repair tyres, rims and wheel assemblies on heavy mining equipment
• Conduct pressure checks and routine inspections
• Diagnose and resolve tyre-related faults
• Maintain tools and work areas to site safety standards
Key Requirements:
• Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Service Technology (AUR21920)
• Minimum 2 years’ Mining Tyre Fitting experience
• Forklift licence and/or tyre handler experience (desirable)
• Current Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance
