Senior Civil Engineer

What you’ll do
As an experienced Senior Civil Engineer for our Mining & Resources team based in Brisbane, you’ll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.
You’ll be contributing to the delivery of major projects across a number of fields including Resources and Mining, Industrial port projects, Energy and Oil & Gas projects.
You’ll be part of our long-standing, high-performing and successful multi-disciplinary team that has worked together to win multiple Australian Engineering Excellence Awards in recent years.
Here are the key things you will do to help ‘bring ideas to life’.
Deliver assessments and design of bulk earthworks, drainage, pavement and geotechnical co-ordination and underground services design/co-ordination.
Support project delivery from concept, feasibility through to detailed design, construction support and sustainment works.
Work effectively and communicate well with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges.
Draw upon strong engineering fundamentals to support the team and our private asset clients with tailored design solutions
What you’ll bring
Relevant qualifications and demonstrated experience in civil engineering, a willingness to continue to learn and develop your career alongside our technical experts.
A knack for putting civil engineering outcomes into simple language that can be understood by clients, stakeholders and other engineering disciplines.
A track record of delivering practical, impactful outcomes.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions.
