Job description

Overview

We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for managing communications, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and messages
  • Provide information and assistance to customers or clients
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Maintain records, documents, and databases
  • Coordinate with team members and departments
  • Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks
  • Ensure excellent customer service and professional communication

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, virtual assistant, or customer support representative is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with email, online scheduling tools, and office software
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
