Overview

We have an exciting and diverse opportunity for Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists to join our growing team on a Full-Time basis. You will be assisting individuals to recover from injury and return to work through a client-centered approach, focusing on health and well-being. You’ll be managing a portfolio of cases including Workers Compensation NSW and ACT, Compulsory Third Party (CTP) and Workplace Health & Safety Assessments. Physiotherapists play a crucial role at Beneco through their expertise in human anatomy, physiology, and exercise science; they will assess function via Functional Capacity Assessments and workplace Assessments, collaborating with treating stakeholders to facilitate an evidence-based recovery. The role requires engaging and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of cases including Workers Compensation NSW and ACT, CTP and Workplace Health & Safety Assessments
• Assess individuals’ function via Functional Capacity Assessments and workplace assessments
• Collaborate with treating stakeholders to facilitate evidence-based recovery
• Engage and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About You

If you enjoy working with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for injured people, and you also have:

• You must hold the same values as us
• You must hold a university degree in Occupational Therapy, Rehab Counselling or Psychology, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiologist
• AHPRA/ASORC/ESSA accreditation
• Have a passion for helping people
• Hold a full drivers license and access to own car
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You enjoy working hard but equally enjoy having a good laugh
