Your Mission

• Stand-up & run the PMO for complex projects, programs or portfolios.
• Lift maturity – overhaul processes, tooling and metrics to match client ambitions.
• Govern like a pro – schedule, cost, RAID, benefits: nothing slips.
• Coach & mentor PMO analysts and coordinators; create tomorrow’s leaders.
• Advise the C-suite – translate data into clear, decision-ready insights.
• Stay cool – your composure sets the tone when stakes spike.

What You Bring

• 7+ years raising the value and visibility of PMOs in large tech environments.
• Proven success standing up & managing PMOs for both traditional and agile programs.
• Stakeholder-wrangling super-powers—boardroom to stand-up.
• Experience across project-, program-, portfolio- and (bonus) EPMO-level governance.
• Leadership that people want to follow again.
• References that shout integrity, resilience and strategic vision
