• Open to relocating the candidate to Melbourne (work visa's provided)
• Must have experience from sourcing offices / retailers
• Must have deep knowledge in hardline products
• Must have strong leadership capabilities + able to manage a regional team
• Must have experience in either EU or US regulatory knowledge
• Need a strong QA background who's able to develop/execute Quality strategies
• SOFT SKILLS: proactive/takes initiative, hands-on as needed, good interpersonal skills, senior stakeholder mgmt, open-minded, culturally adaptive, able to build positive relationships, gets things done, strategic mindset, enjoys being a coach/mentor
