Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, tax returns, and management reports
• Provide ad hoc tax advice and support to clients as needed
• Mentor junior staff and champion the application of internal policies and procedures
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical principles

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an accountant
• Completion or current pursuit of CA/CPA qualification preferred
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB) and intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management abilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
