Cook Full Time

Contract Details: Full-time, Salary $65000 to $78000 plus superannuation.

Ayra Kabir Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Full Time Cook to join our team in Widgee, QLD. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes for our customers while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Prepare and cook dishes according to menu specifications and customer preferences


• - Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner


• - Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed


• - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment


• - Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations


• - Train and supervise kitchen staff, as needed


• - Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials


• - Adhere to portion control and cost management guidelines


• - Handle and store food products properly


• - Assist with inventory and stock management


• - Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• - 12 months of work experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchen


• - Certificate 3 in commercial cookery or equivalent


• - Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations


• - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks


• - Excellent communication and teamwork skills


• - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings


• - Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately


• - Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time


• - Must have a valid work permit for Australia
