As a Change Management lead you will develop and implement change strategies across Yarra Ranges Council. This role will drive organisational change maturity by coaching leaders, and using data-driven insights to achieve people focused outcomes.
You will manage the Change Advocates Program and ensure consistent use of Council’s change management framework across major projects. The position also partners with leaders and project teams to embed change capability, support cultural alignment, and deliver initiatives that strengthen organisation wide adaptability and performance.
