ANZUK Education partners with a small, well‑respected service located in the Newcastle, Maitland & Hunter region. The owners have extensive experience in the sector and genuinely care about their teams, families and children.

The Role
As an Area Manager you will:
- Lead and mentor Centre Directors to deliver strong outcomes in education, operations, and compliance.
- Manage performance across multiple centres, including budgets, occupancy, staffing, and regulatory requirements.
- Support services in maintaining high‑quality ratings under the National Quality Framework.
- Embed Child Safe Standards into everyday practice and culture.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with our Pedagogy & Practice Leader.
- Foster positive relationships with families, team members, community partners, and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications & Experience
We’re looking for a confident and experienced leader who’s ready for an exciting journey. You’ll bring:
- A minimum Diploma of Children’s Services.
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks.
- Excellent mentoring skills.
- Great written and verbal communication abilities.
- Confidence in building relationships with families and the community.
- Work with Children’s check and current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis.
