Senior Valuer

The organisation provides property valuation and advisory services (non-mortgage) to an established client base.

The Role

Leading a specialist property advisory team, you play a key role in managing the team, driving business growth and high-level advice to clients.

• Team management, skills development and quality management.
• Client relationship management and business development.
• Provision of high-level valuation advisory services.
• Contributing to the broader team and business objectives.

Experience Required

The preferred candidate will demonstrate depth of property advisory and valuation experience, with local market knowledge and existing client relationships.

In addition to your technical skills, you will require high level communications skills, sound judgement and decision making and the ability to work at a commercial pace.
