We're Looking for a Wellness Warrior, Not Just a Multi Site Manager

This isn't about managing operations - it's about transforming how Australians sleep and live. You'll lead teams who help customers make wellness-focused decisions that genuinely improve their energy, recovery, and quality of life whilst working alongside them on the shop floor.

The Role: Your Impact from Day One

Direct Sales & Store Operations

• Work rostered shifts providing hands-on sales support and customer consultations
• Demonstrate sleep wellness expertise through consultative selling and product demonstrations
• Manage day-to-day operations across 5 NSW Myer concession stores
• Drive performance metrics including conversion rates and transaction values from launch

Team Coaching & Performance Management

• Provide real-time coaching to retail staff during store shifts
• Implement product training and reinforce sales processes that connect features to wellness outcomes
• Foster high-performance culture focused on customer wellness transformation
• Manage staffing schedules and performance across NSW territory

Territory Sales Management & Reporting

• Achieve ambitious sales targets for NSW as we establish Welle in market
• Analyse performance data to identify opportunities and optimise positioning against competitors
• Develop territory-specific strategies to drive revenue growth from launch
• Report directly to Retail Sales Manager on progress and market insights

Customer Experience & Brand Standards

• Ensure consistent delivery of our "sleep beautifully, live brilliantly" customer promise
• Maintain premium brand standards across all NSW Myer locations
• Build customer relationships and support sleep wellness education initiatives
• Represent Welle at local events and community engagement activities

What We're Looking For

• Retail management or field sales management experience
• Proven track record achieving sales targets in competitive retail environments
• Team leadership and coaching experience with hands-on management style
• Strong consultative selling and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and evenings
