Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality personal care and patient support
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Support mobility, transfers, and safe patient handling

- Maintain patient dignity, comfort, and privacy
- Support nurses and healthcare professionals in daily tasks

Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care / Health Services preferred
- Experience in hospital, aged care, or clinical environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient‑focused attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends if required)
- Knowledge of Australian healthcare standards preferred
