Base pay: A$72,816.00/yr - A$77,998.00/yr.
Competitive remuneration package value up to $88,993 p.a., comprising salary rates between $61.21 - $65.56 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Permanent Part Time, 45.6 hours p.f.). Applications remain current for 12 months.

Hervey Bay Hospital is seeking a dedicated Senior Employment Relations Advisor to join our dynamic Employment Relations team. As a Senior Employment Relations Advisor, you will play a key role in managing and fostering positive employment relations within the hospital. You will provide expert advice and support to managers and employees, lead complex workplace investigations, negotiate employment agreements, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
