Overview
Concentric is seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist in Maddington, WA. The role involves maintaining a mixed caseload across our clinic and community settings, contributing to a team of Allied Health Professionals dedicated to excellence and improving lives.
Responsibilities
- Drive and lead your own caseload, delivering exceptional care to participants
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred speech therapy to a wide range of NDIS participants
- Participate in peer consultations with other disciplines to achieve client outcomes
- Work with clients to set achievable goals to support independent functioning
- Reporting: document disciplinary or grievance incidents, assist in record-keeping and data tracking, and provide necessary reports to senior management

Essential Qualifications And Experience
- Completed Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Speech Pathology
- Full SPA Registration (or eligible on graduation)
- Valid Australian driver’s license and access to a car
- Unrestricted Australian work rights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
