We’re on the lookout for a Full Time Receptionist who’s calm under pressure, easy‑going and passionate about delivering gold standard client and patient care. Veterinary experience is a bonus but not a requirement. If you thrive in a busy environment, you're reliable, flexible and love being part of a team that truly has your back, then we’d love to meet you. We are a crew of dedicated, compassionate veterinary professionals who genuinely care about our patients, our clients and each other! Our clinic is vibrant and busy, with a team to match. We're a supportive bunch, aiming to always go above and beyond for our clients and colleagues, celebrating our wins together and looking out for one another during those tough times.
About the Job: You’ll be based in reception, where you’ll be the face of the clinic! You'll be spending your days creating bonds with our clients, attending to queries in person, by email and phone, managing bookings and overall keeping the day flowing smoothly out the front. Our clinic is a place where growth is encouraged, with access to training and development opportunities all year round. We love initiative and will support you in being the best you can be in your role!
