Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Employee Relations Case Manager to lead complex employee relations and workplace investigations across our national business. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be the go-to expert for conduct, grievance and investigation matters, partnering closely with leaders and the People team to deliver fair, consistent and defensible outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead and manage complex ER cases including misconduct, grievances, bullying, harassment and performance-related matters
  • Act as the escalation point and key decision-maker on high-risk or sensitive cases
  • Oversee and conduct workplace investigations, ensuring quality, consistency and procedural fairness
  • Provide pragmatic, risk-based advice to leaders and People Partners
  • Coach and develop a Case Advisor and uplift ER capability across the business
  • Track trends and risks, contributing to continuous improvement of ER frameworks and practices

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years’ experience in employee relations, workplace relations or investigations
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law (Fair Work Act, awards, ER processes)
  • Proven experience managing complex conduct and investigation matters end-to-end
  • Confident advisor who can influence at all levels
  • Calm, resilient and highly organised in fast-paced, high-risk environments
  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Law, Workplace Relations or equivalent experience
