Base pay range

A$115,000.00/yr - A$125,000.00/yr

Join a dynamic, high-growth professional services group as a Senior Financial Accountant, combining hands-on accounting with strategic financial leadership. In this hybrid role, you'll manage a portfolio of high growth firms, providing expert financial insights, compliance support, and performance analysis to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
  • Provide financial modelling, performance management, and strategic insights to business owners.
  • Lead collaboration with offshore bookkeeping teams and build strong relationships with firm leadership.

What You Need:

  • CA/CPA qualification with 5+ years of finance experience.
  • Strong analytical, tax, and financial modelling skills (Xero experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
