Red Spice Road is a longstanding Asian fusion restaurant in Melbourne CBD. We operate four lunch and five dinner services a week (lunch Tue - Fri, and dinner Tue - Sat).

We have a large main dining area plus three private dining rooms spread across two floors. We love great food, wines and cocktails and are looking for passionate staff to help us deliver our fantastic products to customers.

The Roles

We are on the lookout for casual waitstaff to join our team who will love to make our diners smile. These are versatile roles giving you the opportunity to work in private functions, events, as well as on the floor.

What we're looking for:

• Attention to detail, highly organised and the ability to multitask
• Well presented, punctual and hard working
• A professional but fun attitude
• Previous fine dining restaurant experience is beneficial
• Candidates with wine knowledge will be favoured
• The availability to work across lunch and dinner (especially Fri and Sat)
