Your Role & Team

The Marketing Automation Manager will develop impactful, data-driven marketing and automation programs to drive results. You will oversee lifecycle and lead nurture campaigns, from strategy to execution and optimization, working closely with sales, product, and CX teams. You will be the SME for Salesforce Account Engagement platform, leading configuration and ongoing campaign optimization.

This full-time role reports to the Head of Growth and offers hybrid working from our Sydney CBD Office.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing strategies
• Managing Salesforce and Pardot platforms
• Refining lead scoring methodologies
• Reporting on marketing effectiveness and optimizing campaigns
• Segmenting and personalizing marketing efforts across customer journey stages
• Collaborating with sales, product, and CX teams to meet business goals
• Minimum 5+ years of marketing automation experience
• Proven experience in lifecycle marketing campaigns
• Experience with Salesforce and Pardot (Account Engagement)
