Job description

BANIWAL DENTAL PTY LTD, trading as Brite Dental Group, is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team at our Browns Plains location in Queensland, Australia. As a leading dental practice, we are committed to providing exceptional dental care to our patients and creating a positive and welcoming environment for our team.

As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in the smooth and efficient operation of our practice. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks, overseeing the front desk team, and ensuring the office runs efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the office, including scheduling, patient flow, and inventory management
  • Supervising and training front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient workflow
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and managing patient billing and insurance claims
  • Coordinating with dental providers to ensure timely and accurate treatment plans and scheduling
  • Managing office supplies and equipment, and coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed
  • Handling patient inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Implementing and enforcing office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
  • Assisting with marketing and promotional activities to attract new patients and retain existing ones
  • Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving office efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications and skills required

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting
  • Minimum of Diploma or above
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and financial managementA positive and professional attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

We offer a competitive salary of $76,000 to $84,000, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our expanding practice.
