It's about looking forward rather than backward. Understanding audiences, behaviour, and emerging signals early enough to shape decisions before momentum sets in. We're looking for someone who is energised by that kind of work. Someone who enjoys research, exploration, and forming a point of view before the answer is obvious.
This role exists because the campaigns, content, and projects we deliver are designed to change outcomes. That change is stronger when insight is predictive, research-driven, and embedded early, not bolted on at the end.
You'll be responsible for the analysis and insight that informs promotional campaigns, content, and project-based work. Your focus is not simply on measurement, but on direction.
You'll spend time understanding audiences, markets, and behaviour through research, data, and experimentation. The work often begins before anything is live, helping shape where effort should go, what assumptions are worth testing, and what success should look like.
You'll work closely with strategists, creatives, and clients as ideas are forming. You'll help frame the right questions, challenge early thinking, and guide decisions with evidence, judgement, and a clear view of uncertainty.
