Area Manager – Gold Coast

We’re seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee 10–15 OSHC services across the Gold Coast. This is a key leadership role focused on driving compliance, team performance, and service quality across multiple sites.
About the role

• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple services
• Act as Nominated Supervisor across your portfolio
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Lead and support Program Leaders and Educators
• Drive occupancy, performance, and community engagement

About you

• Experience in a multi-site leadership role (OSHC or Early Childhood)
• Strong knowledge of NQF and compliance
• Confident leader with strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
