As a Paid Social Director we need someone who can confidently lead the strategic vision, execution, and performance of paid social campaigns for a portfolio of high-growth DTC brands. It's a highly creative and data driven role that blends brand storytelling with full-funnel performance marketing, translating cultural trends into scroll stopping campaigns that drive measurable revenue impact. This position oversees platform strategy and advanced optimisation across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging paid social platforms, bringing deep technical expertise in audience architecture, tracking and attribution, creative testing frameworks, , and media forecasting. The ideal candidate combines sharp commercial acumen, strong hands on experience, and solids leadership skills to scale performance while building iconic, performance-driven brand presence.
