Responsibilities

• Represent both buyers and sellers in commercial property transactions across a wide range of asset classes.
• Advise on off‑the‑plan development work.
• Act on commercial office, industrial and retail leasing.
• Work with clients such as retail and property developers, commercial building owners, family‑owned businesses and government departments.
• The team undertakes a diverse range of interesting commercial property work, which ensures there is constant variety in the work to keep you challenged and engaged.

About you

• Proactive, detail‑oriented legal practitioner with the skills and ability to run files through to completion, under the guidance from our partners.
• Have previous experience in commercial property.
• Have ideally 3 to 5 years post‑admission legal experience.
• Highly organised with excellent file management skills.
• Enjoy solving problems in a commercial context.
• Have a genuine interest in the property and real‑estate sector.
• Build and nurture client relationships with ease and professionalism.
• Driven to deliver top‑tier service and outcomes for your clients.
