AtMybos, we are looking for a Technical Leader who leads from the front. We don’t need a "slides-only" executive; we need a shipping architect.
The Split: 80% Coding / 20% Leadership.
Whoyou are: You are a Senior/Principal developer at heart. You can architect complex systems, manage cloud infrastructure, and then explain the ROI to the CEO in plain English.
The Tech Stack:
- Frontend: Angular
- Infra: AWS & Terraform
Whatyou’lldo:
- Build: Write code daily. You are the standard-bearer for code quality.
- Lead: Manage our onshore and offshore engineering teams of 10.
- Strategize: Manage the tech budget and bridge the gap between technical constraints and business goals.
- Deploy: Own the infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
If you are a high-level communicator who loves building product, this is your role.
