Overview
We’re seeking a highly experienced Program Manager II to lead large-scale, enterprise-level initiatives in the data and infrastructure space. You will oversee multiple projects within a strategic program, working closely with senior executives, product leaders, and technology teams to drive modernization, transformation, and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple projects within the program, guiding and supporting project managers.
- Lead strategic planning and execution of enterprise-wide technology transformations.
- Partner with product and technology leaders to shape tech strategy and roadmaps.
- Engage senior executives through regular status updates, progress reports, and steering committee leadership.
- Develop and implement program governance frameworks.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across business units.
Required Technical Expertise
- Big Data and data platform modernization
- Strategic thinking and technology delivery in enterprise environments
- Executive-level communication skills
- Deep understanding of data domains and tech strategy
- Proven experience with infrastructure delivery (including server builds)
