About the job: Advisory Engagement Manager
Basic Qualifications / Experience
- 10+ years in project management in IT/business initiatives
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis in IT/business initiatives
- 10+ years in IT/business consulting – knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques
- Understanding of IT network operations and ITSM
- Understanding of ITIL principles and practices
- Strong business acumen, with understanding of organisational / business strategy and values and how that drives IT
- Experience in developing consultative relationships with senior level stakeholders (internal / external / client)
- Excellent communication and client influencing skills, at all levels of management and personnel
- Strong proficiency in English, spoken and written
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills to senior management and C-level executives
- Ability to think big picture yet also have attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple consulting programs, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications / Experience
- Experience working on the design, development and deployment of enterprise-supporting systems at scale
- Experience in building, implementing, and managing IT Operations
- Managed and delivered IT engagements for large, Enterprise customers.
- Familiarity with Cisco and Enterprise IT infrastructure and products
- Degree in a related Business, or Technology discipline
- Understand business and organisational change management
- Flexible and adaptable; ability to turn ambiguous situations into defined and agreed paths forward
- Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the IT industry
