About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Manager to take ownership of Kokoda’s IT operations. Reporting to the Executive Business Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing our day‑to‑day IT needs, supporting staff and driving continuous improvement in systems and security.

Working closely with our external IT provider, you’ll ensure reliable and secure technology across the business, from Microsoft 365 and network management to device rollouts, AV setups and project‑based IT upgrades. This is a hands‑on role with scope to shape Kokoda’s IT environment and deliver solutions that keep us connected, productive and secure.

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in IT management, systems administration or a similar role
• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tenant administration, SharePoint and Teams
• Proficient in network operations and network security
• Familiarity with Intune, Apple Business Manager and device/application management
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving and project management skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement ability, with a customer‑service mindset
• Highly organised, commercially astute and detail‑focused
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Positive attitude, calm under pressure and willing to travel to our Brisbane office when required
