Now, we’re looking for a New Home Consultant - Knock Down Rebuild Specialist, to join our team in Labrador and help transform established suburbs into thriving, modern communities.

This Is More Than a Sales Role

This is your opportunity to lead with purpose, to be the trusted advisor who helps families re imagine their forever home, right where their memories already live.

You’ll be out in the community, not just waiting for foot traffic. You'll:

• Partner with real estate agents to identify Knockdown Rebuild opportunities in high-potential suburbs
• Build and nurture relationships that unlock long - term value for clients and the business
• Guide customers through a deeply personal journey - from vision to reality
• Represent a brand that’s known for quality, sustainability, and heart

• Has a proven track record in new home sales
• Thrives on building relationships and creating opportunities
• Is self-motivated, strategic, and passionate about helping people
• Believes in doing work that matters - for customers, for communities, and for themselves

This is a full-time role with weekend availability. You’ll enjoy two consecutive days off midweek (Thursday & Friday).
