Change Training Specialist
Join a large-scale compliance transformation program focusing on improving how information and documents are labelled, stored, and shared under the Protective Markings framework. This role develops and delivers practical training to help employees apply new classification and information‑handling requirements.
Contract: Until 30 June 2026 | Location: Melbourne CBD (3 days onsite, flexible)
Key Responsibilities
- Review and adapt existing training materials for diverse audiences.
- Develop engaging training content and learning aids on document classification and handling.
- Conduct training needs assessments and deliver virtual training sessions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure readiness for rollout.
You'll Bring
- Experience in training or instructional design within change or compliance programs.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to make technical or compliance content accessible and engaging.
