In the heart of Tarneit, one of Melbourne’s fastest-growing suburbs, this club is a local hub for families, professionals and first-time gym members who want more than just access to equipment. They want to feel welcome, supported and looked after.
We’re now looking for a full-time Membership Consultant or Sales Manager to be the face of the club and a key driver of growth.
Welcoming new and existing members and creating standout first impressions
Converting enquiries into memberships through confident, values-led sales
Giving tours, explaining programs and matching members with the right solutions
Building relationships that drive referrals, retention and community
Supporting club operations and contributing to a positive, high-energy culture
Love talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced, social environment
Have sales, retail, hospitality or customer experience background
Care about health, fitness and helping people show up for themselves
Are confident, proactive and take pride in hitting targets
Want stability, growth and a clear pathway within a global brand
Full-time salary + super + uncapped commissions
