We’re now looking for an HR Lead for Oceania who will partner with our leadership team to strengthen engagement, grow capability, and ensure our people remain at the heart of our continued success.
Reporting to the General Manager – Oceania, this is both a strategic and hands‑on role where you will play a key role in shaping the people strategy across the region while working closely with business leaders to drive performance, engagement and culture across our Australian and New Zealand operations.
You’ll thrive in a small, dynamic team environment and be an expert at balancing planning and hands‑on execution, be a natural at working with multiple stakeholders, and can prioritise across multiple projects.
You’ll have strong communication and relationship building skills and be focused on delivering results. Experience in manufacturing and sales environments, combined with tertiary qualifications in HR or a related business field would be preferred.
Based at our Head Office in Adelaide, this role is responsible for HR across our Australian and NZ team, with occasional travel required.
