Position Description

As a result of growth within the corporate practice generally, this premier law firm is now looking for a Lawyer with 4+ years PQE experience to join its leading M&A practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising on large-scale public and private M&A transactions.
  • Supporting capital markets and governance matters for ASX-listed clients.
  • Developing long-term client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers within the team.

Requirements

You will have 4+ years' experience in corporate law.

  • Top-tier experience in M&A or corporate advisory.
  • Commercially minded.
  • Experience working directly with clients.
