As an ADF Rehabilitation Consultant, you will apply your clinical reasoning skills to support ADF personnel who have sustained a physical and/or psychological injury. KPI’s based on service delivery outcomes, NOT billable hours. Genuine person-centred focus and goal setting.
Set working hours means you can truly have WORK / LIFE balance – no overtime, no outside of work hours work. Enjoy early starts and early finishes: 7:30am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday. You will be located at HMAS Watson.
Joining a high-quality service provider, you will be SUPPORTED and MENTORED through direct interaction and an extensive onboarding process (incl. ongoing shadowing) to build your technical knowledge and expertise setting you up for success.
