Batman's Hill on Collins is a 4-star Accor hotel in Melbourne, offering an ideal city stay for corporate, leisure and group travel guests. We are conveniently located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, opposite Southern Cross Station with easy access to public transport. Our property features 190 guest rooms, a restaurant, lounge bar, in-room dining, and a fully equipped conference centre with multiple function spaces.
In this part-time role, you will primarily perform the night auditing process, ensuring all guest accounts, revenue postings, and reports are accurate. You will also be taking care of the Reception area, creating a warm and welcoming experience for all our guests, answering questions, and providing assistance. You will be supporting the Night Manager in maintaining the safety and security of guests, staff, and the property, and ensuring all our guests have a great experience in our hotel. This is a part time role and candidates must have current working rights in Australia to be considered. We offer award rates of $26.70 per hour plus applicable penalty rates. We are unable to provide sponsorship for this role.
