Job description
This role is for someone who thinks strategically, executes at a high level, and thrives on taking ownership. You’ll be responsible for developing the ads engine that powers our internal growth and then productising it into a service offering for my clients.
What You’ll Own
- End-to-End Strategy: Design and implement high-performing marketing funnels and paid acquisition strategies that generate quality leads at scale.
- Campaign Leadership: Build, launch, and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns with a focus on ROI, scalability, and long-term growth.
- Infrastructure: Set up the tech stack, tracking systems, automations, reporting dashboards, and SOPs to support a full ads division.
- Creative Direction: Collaborate with media, content, and marketing teams to shape creative, messaging, and offers.
- Team Leadership (Future): As the ads division grows, lead and mentor a small team of media buyers, funnel builders, and strategists.
- This isn’t a media buying role inside a marketing team.
- This is a foundational strategic role to build our internal growth engine.
Product & Service Development
- Analyse current market demands, economic conditions, and customer feedback. Collaborate with the team to workshop and design products and services that drive ongoing sales growth.
What I’m Looking For
- 4+ years in paid ads management (Meta + Google required), ideally including strategic leadership & Personal brand Experience.
- Proven track record of building profitable lead gen or e-commerce funnels from scratch.
- Deep understanding of customer acquisition, audience building, retargeting, and scaling offers.
- Confident setting up full funnel tracking, attribution, and automations.
- Strong commercial acumen – can think beyond campaigns to how this becomes a viable, scalable business unit.
- Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and build something from zero.
