The GIG

This is not a “schedule it and forget it” role. You’re in it. Creating it. Owning it.

As the Social Media & Content Specialist, you’ll be the creative heartbeat behind Louenhide’s digital presence. You’ll shape the vibe, set the tone and bring the brand to life in a way that feels natural, relevant and genuinely worth following.

You’ll own the full content loop from idea through to execution and performance. Platform-native content, real-time moments, BTS magic and storytelling that feels on and unmistakably Louenhide.

Working closely with an exceptional Brand Manager and a seriously special marketing crew, you’ll turn campaigns, product drops and everyday brand moments into content people actually want to engage with.

It’s fast-moving, hands‑on and creatively killer. You trust your instincts, back your ideas and know how to make things land. And look good doing it.

Your world will look a little like this:

Creating the content

• Bringing content moments to life. Campaigns, product drops and everyday brand energy turned into scroll‑stopping, platform‑native content
• Filming, editing and producing Reels and short‑form video that hook instantly
• Capturing the in‑between, the BTS, the moments people actually care about in real time
• Writing captions that feel natural, considered and unmistakably on‑brand

Owning the platforms

• Managing the day‑to‑day flow across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and beyond
• Owning TikTok properly with consistent, trend‑led content built for the platform
• Keeping the content engine moving with the right balance of planned and reactive

Building the brand presence

• Turning influencer and customer content into polished, high‑performing assets
• Creating those viral‑worthy, trend‑worthy moments that build real brand love
• Knowing what is trending, what is tired and what is actually worth jumping on

Community & performance

• Engaging with the community in a way that feels human and on‑brand
• Partnering with paid to ensure great creative translates into real performance
• Tracking results, pulling insights and continuously finessing the approach

And YOU?

You’re equal parts creative and instinctive, with a deep love for content.

You don’t just follow trends, you get them. You know what makes people stop, watch and engage, and you trust your gut when it comes to what will actually land.

You have taste. And it shows.

Ideally, you bring:

• 3+ years experience in social media and content creation
• Strong skills across filming, editing and storytelling
• Confidence on camera and a willingness to be part of the content
• A deep understanding of TikTok and Meta, with Pinterest as a bonus
• A strong eye for hooks, pacing and what makes content hit
• A natural, human tone when it comes to captions and storytelling
• The ability to juggle multiple content streams without dropping the ball
• A proactive mindset where you bring ideas and run with them
• A true love for fashion, accessories or lifestyle brands is a big plus

You’re organised, switched on and creatively curious. You test, learn, refine and go again. Most importantly, you care about making content that actually makes people feel something.
