Our Rail Division, previously known as Great Southern Rail ("GSR") operates Australia's iconic rail journeys, The Ghan, Indian Pacific, The Overland and Great Southern.

An opportunity exists for an experienced and passionate Chef to join the Journey Beyond Rail on-train team. You would be responsible for the high quality preparation and presentation of the fine dining menu on board our trains. This role attracts an annual salary of $77,103.
