Overview

Join a well-respected Australian company that partners with major retail and trade clients to bring high-quality products to market. The company is looking for a driven and dynamic Account Manager to manage an established VIC/TAS territory, nurturing existing relationships while uncovering new business opportunities.

Salary

Base pay range: A$100,000.00/yr - A$130,000.00/yr

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and growing key accounts with key retail & trade partners, ensuring they have the support and knowledge to succeed.
  • Identifying and securing both new and existing business opportunities.
  • Developing proposals, negotiating terms and securing contracts to drive financial success.
  • Keeping a close eye on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the game.

What We’re Looking For

  • A passionate and driven sales professional with experience in hardware or the industrial product sector.
  • An excellent communicator who can adapt their approach to different stakeholders.
  • A strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and a knack for spotting new opportunities.
  • A self-motivated go-getter who thrives in an autonomous role where hard work is rewarded.
  • A valid driver’s license & ability to travel.
